The British Bombshell Jayne Moore is a native of rural Hampshire. She was scouted as a teenage whilst working weekends in a hair salon, participating in the L’oreal Color Trophy Hair Salon Awards.
She received her big break appearing in a DKNY campaign at 19, when she was flown to NYC and got the first glimpse of the city that would later become home. She has since worked with many industry greats, including Pamela Hanson, Annie Leibovitz, Bruce Webber and Alexi Lubirmoski to name but a few. Although she is recognized for her lithe yet athletic frame and large blue eyes, Jayne Moore is most admired for her warm, down-to-earth demeanor and very British sense of humor!
Represented by international super agency, IMG Worldwide, Jayne is currently based in New York City.
Off duty Jayne Moore is incredibly artistic, working with large canvas and mixed media to create very contemporary, textural and earthy pieces, her focus being light and surface texture, and often the sensuality of the female form. In 2008 Jayne started a tangent pursuit in jewelry making, with the same interest in capturing light using surface texture, and the elegance of a woman's body. Eight years on Jayne launched her own company, Thorn of an English Rose, a fine jewelry line now known for her earthy organic textures, unruly lines and unconventional style and technique.
